i cant believe i couldnt make it through, i got to the end of day two and realized how miserable this diet is for me. i think ive had some sort of food withdrawl because, i was having huge headaches and ive just been grumpy for the past day and a half. i dont think this was for me, it was just too hard. this diet though however has made me appreciate food and ive started an account at www.fitday.com which is a wonderful site for keeping track of your diet and exercise. from now on i plan to eat 1800 calories a day the healthy way and to exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day.
